We don’t just implement a solution and walk away, we want to keep in touch with your changing needs and evolve our products to meet those needs. On our own initiative, we keep up with developments in the compliance landscape as well as user interface and deployment technologies, to ensure that our products are at the leading edge in terms of functionality and ease of use.

We believe in active participation in the communities where we operate. From a business point of view, we are involved in the Records Management Society and special interest groups for risk management, patient safety, service management and quality improvement. In our local community, we sponsor various sporting and educational activities - recent examples include donating a laptop to a school science project, sponsorship of a 10K road race, and contributing to fundraising efforts by local schools and community organisations.
