iCERV

Xyea iCERV is a customizable knowledge- and service-management system that helps organizations to automate the procedures they have implemented for business operations such as handling complaints, dealing with Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests, and tracking legal cases. As well as capturing and organizing the relevant information, iCERV generates analysis data that can be used for continuous improvement of the procedures it manages.

iCERV is available as web-based application or as a Windows application.
