INCIDENT: Enables immediate remedial action & permanent fixes

The INCIDENT module records the details of incidents and adverse events, which are effectively breaches of your controls.  Recording incident details enables you to take immediate remedial action as well as putting permanent fixes in place.

Xyea tracks incidents through to completion, storing details of ownership, timeframes, severity, and urgency. You can attach backup files and documents to the Incident record, and categorize incidents according to your predefined category structure. The Action module records and tracks to closure the corrective actions you implement to avoid recurrence of the incident. The incident format, type and category are all completely customizable in the Xyea system.
